Monday = Red foods, such as apples, radishes and dried cranberries
Red foods contain lycopene which is ‘one of the most powerful antioxidants capable of fighting off toxins.

This is my favourite group.
Green foods can contain chlorophyll which is known for its healing and detoxifying properties like helping in healing wounds and preventing infection. It’s anti-viral effects can make it a strong skin protector.
Friday = Blue/purple foods, such as purple grapes, plums and blueberries
Purple can be anthocyanins with antioxidant properties. This helps to limit damage caused to your cells by free radicals.
