When you start training in Krav Maga, we talk about your goals and what you want to achieve from your training. Many people say that they want to feel more confident and be able to defend themselves. Grading in Krav Maga can provide you with an indication of your progress and capability to defend yourself and others. You’ll be tested on what you know and guided through the exercises with feedback to help you progress. Once the grading has completed, you’ll come out the other end of the experience more knowledgeable about yourself and Krav Maga.
